I've grown up in a completely online digital world. That is where my childhood resided. I mean, of course I went outside, of course I went to parties and did other things like that.
But I realized, when in Typography class we had to make a poster representing home with text .. I saw that online is my home. Where do I feel most comfortable? When I am in contact with my friends over AIM, when I have access and the freedom to browse the internet as I please. Nothing gives me the overwhelming feeling of the past when I read old AOL chat logs. It makes me grin. But it feels like such a different life.
I suppose I do like the fact that I can adjust myself to be comfortable being just about anywhere if I have my laptop and an adequate internet connection. I can slip into that zone as long as my friends are online, it doesn't matter where I am physically.
Such an odd concept, my teacher noted. But hey, I got the A and it made me realize more about myself.
I wonder, though. Will I ever adjust? I went without going online for so long, and my life changed completely. Can I do it again? Can I separate myself from this digital world and fully embrace the real?
I am happy where I am right now, I believe I am finding a balance.
That photo above shows me truly happy. I was having such a great time. It was taken by someone else, completely unedited by me and to my surprise I'm pretty happy with it.
It's hard for me to see myself smiling, it's still so foreign .. I'm trying hard though. I have noticed my happiness increasing as my tendency to smile does.

Anyways, I made that background today, and this little image. I'm extremely bored, Teddy's helping me out with the html on livejournal.. but we DON'T know how to do anything in the overrides section.. since you can't do anything with styles in the LJ section unless you have a paid account.. anyone have any knowledge on that? x.x If so, please comment here or on Purrs, or please IM me on AOL/AIM on [ purr ].. I attempted to make the username purrs, because of boredom. But, for some reason, when I went to enter my user information, it said purrs is not a member. And then when I was sent the confirmation e-mail, with the URL to confirm my e-mail address.. this is the result I got from the URL:

This confirmation URL was for a different email address. You cannot use it to validate your most recently set email address.
Aggh. It won't even let me update, or do anything! But it still lets me log in!

This is the pendulum that I bought like three weeks ago. I was playing with it on my webcam, so I decided to take a screen shot picture, and to scan it. Yeah, I don't know, I'm bored, what can I say? I got it at a place called Planet Earth Rising. I was talking to Christy and Kelly about the Wiccan Priest that I met at a place called The Broom Closet, I happened to go to that store after I went to Planet Earth Rising with Shelby. So, yeah.

I'm extremely bored, and doing Algebra 2 homework ( which doesn't help much either. ) So I just decided to put my hair up and test out a few things ( .. and that is really, really not like me at all. ) So, yeah. I don't know, since people requested that I post more pictures, I took some screen shots. What do you think of the long-bangs look? x.x Heh.

This is a picture I took with my digicam, because I was extremely bored, while at my Grandmother's house on Sunday, the 30'th of December. I was messing around with the settings and kept it on Sepia a while, since it gave everything that .. old-fashioned kind of look. Well, anyways, here's a section of the wall in her house.. a wall that has many interesting things on it, but I only, unfortunately, took a shot of one piece of it. I really like it. Tell me what you think?

I'm so excited! Today was like, the gift exchange sorta' day at school.. I gave out soo much stuff, I hope I made many people's days very happy! And I AM extremely happy, I got a WEBCAM! Can you believe it?! I just set it up -- it's so awesome! I want to netmeet with someone.. but I feel like I REALLY have to clean my room. LOL. Someone want to netmeet with me? Here's one of the pictures I took while at school in my Web Design class ( I couldn't wait to set it up.. so I did! ) I tried looking REALLY evil.. LOL, I think it worked! You can KINDA see Josh in the background, heh!
What do you think? I'm going to try to take more with my cam now! Someone netmeeeet! *whimper*
